Deborah Hayes has been a masseur and body worker for ten years she has studied many form of body work including Swedish massage Indian head massage Reiki The journey work and pregnancy massage. She has created a fusion of theses therapies intuitively seeing what her clients need.She is available for al the following holistic therapies and finds that a combination of these are extremely helpful for mothers ante-natal , labour and  post-natal birth :

Deborah is a mother of three all of whom where home births, she is also a Grandma to two beautiful grandchildren. She is highly experienced in the birthing process and attended many births over the years for friends and family . Deborah has completed a Paramana Doula Course with Michel Odent  and now as a Doula she guides woman through their ante-natal, birthing and post natal care in an adaptable,caring, understanding and intuitive way

Deborah has a practice based in Sussex, she is available for  home visits for holistic therapies as above, .She can also work with The Journey  over the phone and skype.  Deborah also works abroad on various healing projects  including alala.org.uk a UK based charity to help children who have become orphaned through natural disasters . She has worked on two Mamaheaven retreats which she found to be very inspiring.
