If you were to ask me what I wanted to gain from the Mamaheaven retreat, I think I would have answered, some quality time with my daughter and time for me, but I have gained far more than that. I've learnt to love every moment that my daughter brings me and to take stock of me time, which I have found I've been thinking about alot since I came home. I've just finishing applying Dr Haushka rose cream and have booked my first yoga group (thanks Erika) for next week, I feel like a new woman is emerging!! Watch out world!!!
Thanks to all for everything this weekend, great experience!!

At Mamaheaven we offer baby massage workshops.
These lovely sessions are done in a beautiful warm room using fragrant and calming organic baby-massage oils from our goody bag. Our experienced masseurs show mamas gentle and fun techniques to sooth, nurture, exercise and strengthen their babies.
The massage strokes not only help to calm babies but also help to connect their right and left-brain and increase mother-baby bonding. Baby massage has been known to help with many childhood issues such as colic, wind, constipation, hyperactivity, fevers, sleep patterns and asthma – and in Hawaii mothers massage their babies to make them more beautiful!
Many mothers feedback to us saying how wonderful it is to learn these ancient methods, used routinely in countries around the world, and to add the massage into play or bed and bath time routines as a way of drawing in from the hectic pace of lives today.
