Our experience at the retreat was truly wonderful. Having never left my daughter with anyone who was not family, it was a worry for me to leave her in the crèche, but my fears were quashed as soon as I saw my daughter with the lovely staff at Mama Heavan who cared for her so well and allowed me some much needed time to myself. Meeting the other mothers and sharing our experiences was a very emotional and empowering experience for me. Very thought provoking and created a feeling that no one was alone. I left Mama Heaven feeling energised and positive and most of all grateful for my beautiful daughter and the life we have together.
