We emphasize a mother’s bliss giving mamas a chance to re-awaken their body through yoga, massage and good food; calm their fears with counselling, advice, sharing experiences and support; bond with their baby with mother and baby yoga and baby massage and a special time shared; and finally an opportunity to fully relax and rejuvenate away from the pressures and duties of day-to-day life.
Supported by our wonderful team Mamaheaven is a heaven-sent time to de-stress and restore yourself after the momentous experiences surrounding childbirth. As well as being deeply rewarding the post natal period is also an incredibly challenging time. Mamaheaven gives mothers the wonderful opportunity to meet their own, oft-neglected, needs and get a well-deserved rest.
Babies have a wonderful time too, being entertained in the loving and relaxed creche, tucking into amazing morsels, doing yoga with their mums or receiving massages themselves.
Both mother & baby benefit from just retreating from normal life to focus on each other and themselves. The timetable is carefully planned so mothers and babies are not separated for too long and are always in close proximity to each other, allowing mothers to relax in the knowledge that their babies are close and well cared for.
There’s also a fantastic goodie bag of organic beauty, baby, household & food products
Mamaheaven has a relaxed timetable of holistic activities and events that open the heart, expand the mind, recharge the body and uplift the spirit.
With an emphasis on natural parenting, relaxation and empowerment the activities at Mamaheaven are intended to boost your confidence as a parent. The benefits of a Mamaheaven holiday last long after the retreat is over. They include new friendships and relationships, new interests, a fresh outlook or even a whole new way forward. The sense of renewed confidence and excitement about life on your mothering journey is palpable.
We look forward to welcoming you and your baby soon.
